California Privacy Rights (CPRA)
LocaCloud is operated by Showcase Holdings LLC. If you are a California resident, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) gives you specific rights over your personal information. This page explains those rights and how to use them.
1. Your CPRA Rights
- Right to Know: You can ask which categories of personal information we collect, use and disclose, and for the specific information we hold about you.
- Right to Delete: You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Right to Opt Out: You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You can ask us to limit how we use sensitive personal information.
2. How to Exercise Your Rights
Email us at privacy@locacloud.com. We respond to verified requests within 45 days, as the CPRA requires.
3. Categories of Personal Information We Collect
- Identifiers: name, email address and business details you give us.
- Commercial information: your subscription and purchase history. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
- Internet activity: your interactions with our website, such as IP address, cookies and browsing behavior.
4. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our site uses advertising cookies and pixels, which California law can treat as "sharing" personal information for advertising. For visitors in the United States they are on by default, as our cookie banner notes. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, choose Decline in the cookie banner, or turn Marketing off with the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of every page. The opt-out takes effect immediately for that browser. Visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing is shared for advertising unless they accept.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): when your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and do not load advertising cookies or report conversions unless you turn them on in Cookie Preferences.
5. Retention of Personal Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as the law requires.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse.
7. Changes to This Page
